Take time out in a relaxing spa

Although we no longer live in a world where “fight or flight” is a literal reality, in our modern world the stress caused by metaphorically having to battle on a daily basis is a major problem. If you have a weekend to spare, why not think about a relaxing spa weekend. Try out traditional treatments like aromatherapy, reflexology or a reviving facial, or select one of the modern treatments like baruca fish pedicures. For the ultimate in relaxation, choose a spa where no mobile phones, computers, newspapers or TV are allowed. If you’d rather have a little more action in your retreat, then consider a yoga or Pilates weekend, or combine the two for the ultimate in resting and restoring mind, body and spirit.
